Fire at Troutdale Bistro

Dear Friends,

With much regret and sadness, I would like to inform you that Troutdale Bistro was severely damaged due to fire this morning 12-27-2008 and it will be closed till 2-2-2009 I will do my very best to have it ready for service sooner, I appreciate all the calls and support of the community and friends, I will promise to keep my chin up and stay strong, I love what I do and I love all our facilities and staff and will not let tragedies weaken my knees, I love to serve our community and it's wonderful people of Bristol. May god bless you all for your kind words? I will keep you posted on the progress. Have a great weekend.
