Troutdale Kitchens Chef Jassen Campbell
The Troutdale Kitchens is pleased to announce the latest addition, Jassen Campbell, a alumni of Johnson and Wales University in Charleston, South Carolina. While graduating with two degrees in four years, Jassen did his apprentice during these years at 82 Queen Restaurant.Upon Graduating, Jassen joined the Marriott Corporation at properties in Marco Island, Florida, Charleston, and Hilton Head, South Carolina.
Jassen went to work for Chef Michael Kramer at the much heralded McCrady's restaurant in Charleston, South Carolina as their private dining room chef.
Next came calling Upstream in Charlotte, North Carolina. Working for Chef Tom Condron as his Chef De Cuisine
A call from The Lowrey Group convinced Jassen to accept the executive chef's position at CQ's, AAA four diamond restaurant located in the legendary harbourtown on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
Chef Jassen next step was on the facility as an instructor at Southeast Culinary and Hospitality College in Bristol, Virginia since its inception, playing an instrumental part in helping the college receive it's full accreditation.
Chef Jassen also works closely with local sustainable growers and farmers at local markets, cooking demonstrations, and fundraising events.
