Troutdale Bistro Reopens March 16 After a Kitchen Fire Closed Their Doors in Late December
BRISTOL, TN — When Troutdale Bistro re-opens on Monday, March 16th, it will sport a new look, a private dining area, and a new menu that continues to feature seasonal products from our local farmers. An exclusive opening night menu will commemorate the event."The community has been wonderful," said Debra Zandi, owner (with husband Ben Zandi) of Troutdale Bistro. "We appreciate everyone's support immensely. "Community" has been the watchword for Troutdale Bistro since before the fire. One of the goals when creating the restaurant was to use produce grown by local farmers to create wonderful seasonal dishes. The Bistro uses local products as much as possible in its menu.
With the renovation and re-opening of the Bistro, Ben Zandi and Troutdale Kitchens validate their commitment to Bristol and the downtown experience. A portion of the proceeds from the opening Monday will go to local charities Appalachian Sustainable Development and Crossroads Medical Mission.
Troutdale Bistro is part of Troutdale Kitchens, a company created by Ben Zandi that cultivates dining enterprises based on unforgettable experiences. In addition to the renovation project, Troutdale Kitchens has recently signed on to manage the Johnson City Country Club as of February 1st and the Norton Holiday Inn Steakhouse as of April 1st.
